Job Description

• Prepare clear and accurate technical specifications for custom production orders.

• Work on improving existing products by identifying better materials, methods, or processes.

• Take part in the development and launch of new products into production.

• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

• Support and participate in internal and external company projects.

• Assist in implementing technical and process-related improvements across production.

Job Requirements

• Higher or postgraduate education (background in textiles or weaving will be a strong advantage).

• Analytical mindset with a responsible and detail-focused approach to work.

• Previous experience in a textile manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Self-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

• Working knowledge of the English language.
