• Publish job vacancies on different recruitment platforms, with a strong focus on bulk and field hiring.

• Review received applications and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Contact shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview schedules.

• Conduct interviews for both operational and administrative roles.

• Assess candidates using psychometric tools and job-related evaluations.

• Maintain proper records of candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets on time.
