Regional Manager
Overview
Job Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets

Lead and manage the regional sales team, including training, motivation and performance tracking

Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities

Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior to improve sales results

Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and relevant industry regulations

Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to senior management
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or a related field
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, distribution or team management
-
Experience in FMCGÂ will be a strong advantage

Proven leadership, planning and decision-making skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Good command of English and MS Office tools
