Job Description

  • Analyze the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks with accuracy and clarity.

  • Develop strategic and operational plans by defining timelines, responsibilities, and implementation steps.

  • Coordinate and support communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

  • Gather, review, and analyze performance data to track progress toward strategic objectives.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and present improvement recommendations to senior management.

  • Organize and manage workshops and training sessions related to strategy development and organizational transformation.

  • Identify challenges that may delay strategy execution and propose practical solutions to address them.

  • Monitor resource allocation for strategic plans and ensure efficient and effective utilization.

  • Assess the outcomes of implemented strategies and continuously refine plans based on feedback and changing conditions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of strategic management concepts and principles.

  • Familiarity with tools and models used for internal, external, and competitor analysis.

  • Knowledge of organizational planning and strategy formulation processes.

  • Understanding of project management and change management methodologies.

  • Ability to work with data analysis tools and statistical reporting software.

  • Solid knowledge of organizational processes and transformation frameworks.
