Job Description
- Lead and motivate teams while ensuring employee retention and continuous performance improvement.

Manage sales growth, cost control, and operational efficiency to achieve business targets.

Plan, implement, and monitor sales promotion activities in coordination with the local management team in Dubai.

Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities for sustainable and profitable growth.

Oversee budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance follow-ups.

Actively generate sales by managing key accounts and expanding the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders.

Support the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Job Requirements

Several years of proven experience in personnel management and leadership roles.

Strong background in B2B and/or B2C sales or sales management.

Solid understanding of business operations, sales strategies, and financial performance.

Experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and sales optimization activities.

Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.

Industry-specific knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
