Job Description

Provide full administrative and organizational support to the General Director

Coordinate and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities
-
Arrange and manage business meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups

Handle official written communication on behalf of the General Director
-
Prepare requested reports such as daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates
-
Maintain effective internal and external communication with clients, staff, and business partners
-
Organize business travel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements
-
Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming documents and correspondence
-
Manage office supplies purchasing and ensure availability of required materials
-
Maintain proper filing systems and archive documents and correspondence
-
Support general administrative tasks and office coordination
Job Requirements
-
Completed university degree
-
Previous experience in a similar or administrative role is an advantage
-
Experience working in an international company is a plus
-
Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

Strong computer and email handling skills

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
