Job Description

 

 

  • Provide full administrative and organizational support to the General Director

  • Coordinate and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities

  • Arrange and manage business meetings, including scheduling and follow-ups

  • Handle official written communication on behalf of the General Director

  • Prepare requested reports such as daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates

  • Maintain effective internal and external communication with clients, staff, and business partners

  • Organize business travel, including transportation and accommodation arrangements

  • Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming documents and correspondence

  • Manage office supplies purchasing and ensure availability of required materials

  • Maintain proper filing systems and archive documents and correspondence

  • Support general administrative tasks and office coordination

 

Job Requirements

  • Completed university degree

  • Previous experience in a similar or administrative role is an advantage

  • Experience working in an international company is a plus

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

  • Strong computer and email handling skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
