Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations and ensure smooth workflow across all activities.

• Manage farm facilities and stables, maintaining high hygiene standards to reduce the risk of animal diseases.

• Supervise and control livestock feeding programs to ensure proper nutrition.

• Review existing work procedures and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Recommend and support new technology-based projects that can improve farm performance and results.

• Monitor staff performance and carry out regular evaluations to ensure work standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Degree from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food (Animal-related field).

• A degree in Veterinary Medicine will be considered an added advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in livestock farming.

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus.

• Good knowledge of English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
