Finance Officer

Overview

 

Job Description

 

 

  • Maintain and properly record financial and accounting documents.

  • Prepare, check and process incoming and outgoing invoices.

  • Track cash flow activities and record received and outgoing payments.

  • Coordinate and communicate with banks, suppliers and external partners.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and basic analyses.

  • Work closely with the accounting and legal teams on financial matters.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar financial or accounting role.

  • Good computer skills with strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience or familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a responsible work attitude.
