Job Description

• Properly position components on the input conveyor of an automated paint system.

• Select and set the appropriate painting program based on production requirements.

• Continuously monitor workflow and production process efficiency.

• Track and control temperature and humidity conditions in the paint shop.

• Check paint viscosity and wet film thickness following established standards.

• Maintain and clean the automated paint shop equipment.

• Carry out additional duties as required within the paint shop department.

Job Requirements

• Technical education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

• Experience with industrial or automated production processes is a plus.

• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and demanding production environment.
