Job Description

Handle and respond to calls, emails, and official inquiries received by the management office.

Plan, organize, and coordinate management meetings, including both physical and virtual sessions.

Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Follow up with team members on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.

Prepare and record meeting minutes, approvals, circulars, and official instructions.

Compile, document, and submit reports to senior management as required.

Maintain proper archiving of electronic and hard-copy documents, messages, and records.

Receive, register, distribute, and track all internal and external correspondence.

Organize schedules, appointments, missions, and official programs.

Perform additional administrative duties assigned by supervisors within the scope of the role.

Strong ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities effectively.

Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.

High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
